For the Face and Body: Wet the soap and rub it between your hands to create a rich lather. Gently apply the lather to your skin, avoiding the eye area, and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
For Hair: Wet your hair and the soap bar, then rub the bar between your hands or directly onto your scalp. Massage the lather into your scalp and hair, then rinse thoroughly. Using a squeeze bottle or a spray bottle, apply a solution of 50% apple cider vinegar and 50% water to your hair. Take extreme care to avoid the eye area. Start at the nape of your neck and work your way towards your forehead. Use your hands to smooth and distribute the solution throughout your hair. Rinse within one minute after applying. Repeat with another rinse if needed.
